Baojun is a Chinese automobile brand jointly owned by SAIC Motor, General Motors, and Liuzhou Wuling Automobile, operating under the SAIC-GM-Wuling (SGMW) joint venture. Established in 2010 and headquartered in Liuzhou, Guangxi, Baojun was originally created to serve China's rapidly growing mass market with affordable, efficient vehicles.
