Chery sells the same battery-electric hardware under several badges, and leans on Huawei for its premium electric brand
Luxeed is the Chery brand in Huawei's HIMA alliance and shares the E0X platform with Exeed; the Jaecoo J6 EV is the iCAR 03 under an export badge. In Exeed's Exlantix line, range-extended versions outsold battery-electric ones in 2025.
Chery is also the partner in Chery Jaguar Land Rover, whose Freelander platform Tata Motors licensed in June 2026 for the Avinya; Tata appears among the partner brands. Kaiyi is a Chery-affiliated brand and is counted in the group.
The Chery brand itself had no battery-electric Fengyun (Fulwin) model until the A9 in August 2026.

Brands with the most models available come first. Plug-in hybrids and range extenders are out of scope, so brands that sell mostly those show few models. Each brand links to its portfolio page.
Platforms
Platforms under Chery models
Platforms are classified once; each model inherits the classification.
| Platform | Owner | Also used by | Voltage | E/E architecture | OTA | SDV maturity | Platform status | Group models |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Chery E0X | Chery | Exeed, Luxeed (Huawei HIMA) | mixed | active | 4 | |||
| Chery Jaguar Land Rover Freelander platform | Chery Jaguar Land Rover (JV) | Tata (Avinya, licensed); Freelander (CJLR) | announced | 0 |
- Voltage: nominal pack architecture, 400 V or 800 V class; mixed means the platform carries both.
- E/E architecture: distributed (one ECU per function), domain (one controller per domain) or zonal (zone controllers wired to central compute).
- OTA and SDV maturity: how much of the car updates over the air, from infotainment only to full-vehicle, and whether the software stack is legacy, transitional or software-defined.
A blank cell means the classification is not yet researched. Group models counts the group's own masters on the platform, all statuses except excluded. Terms: SDV capabilities explained; platform families: Automaker EV Platforms.
