Finding
Nearly all of the Semi is Tesla work in the US; the China exposure sits in graphite, magnets and thermal valves
The ring holds 22 supplier rows across 12 layers: 13 in-house, one sole source, four China-supplied and three with the supplier not disclosed.
Nearly all of it is Tesla's own work: 4680 cells, cathode (Austin), lithium hydroxide (Robstown), packs, drive units and final assembly (Sparks, Nevada) are in-house and in the US. China dependence sits upstream and is not disclosed for the Semi itself: anode graphite (Syrah's Vidalia plant is still qualifying, so Chinese graphite is the default), NdFeB magnets, and the Sanhua and Tuopu thermal valves are inferred from Tesla's car supply. The SiC MOSFETs (STMicroelectronics, onsemi) and the AI4 foundry (Samsung, Korea) are the single points outside Tesla.

Who supplies each layer
In-house rows first in each layer, then sole, primary, second and multi-source suppliers. The left border shows the supplier country: red China, gold Japan, Korea or Taiwan, blue the US and Europe, gray not disclosed. Confidence: confirmed (company or filing), reported (credible press), inferred (deduced, not disclosed).
