About the Qiantu brand

Qiantu Motor is a Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer headquartered in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, founded in 2015 as a subsidiary of CH Auto. The name "Qiantu," meaning "future" in Chinese, reflects the company's mission to produce high-performance electric vehicles that blend advanced engineering, elegant design, and sustainable innovation. Qiantu is one of China's earliest boutique EV startups, focused on creating luxury-oriented sports cars and coupes with distinctive styling and lightweight construction.

The company's first model, the Qiantu K50, debuted in 2018 as an all-electric two-seat sports car built on an aluminum frame with carbon-fiber body panels. It features a dual-motor all-wheel-drive system producing 320 kW (429 hp) and 680 Nm of torque, enabling 0-100 km/h acceleration in approximately 4.6 seconds. The K50 is powered by a 78 kWh battery pack supplied by CALB, offering a range of about 380 kilometers (NEDC).
